Serving Blueridge since 1995
I want to create a community where residents help each other, are willing to volunteer, and are proud of where they live.
The Deep Dive
What brought you to the BCA board? It was one of those classic “If there is nobody else, I will volunteer” situations—all the way back in 1995! My goal has always been to foster a community where we look out for one another and take pride in our neighbourhood.
What is your favourite Blueridge tradition? The many Blueridge Good Neighbour Days (BGND) over the years are definitely at the top of my list.
What is the “must-experience” feature of our neighbourhood? The local trails are probably Blueridge’s claim to fame. If I have an afternoon off, you’ll most definitely find me out there on the trails or grabbing a coffee at United Strangers with a local resident.
