Re: Mount Seymour Parkway & South Lytton St. – Restoration Works – Weekly Update
Dear Residents and Neighbours,
We would like to provide an update regarding the recent off-site civil works and the upcoming schedule.
For the upcoming week, an eastbound curb lane closure will be in place on Monday, July 27th, on Mt. Seymour Parkway between Lytton St. and Emerson Way. This closure is required to facilitate remaining work activities in this area.
There will be no restrictions to vehicle access into or out of Lytton St. The Ron Andrews Recreation Centre access ramp from Lytton St. will remain open and will operate as usual.
The safety of our trade partners and the community remains our highest priority. We will continue to implement rigorous safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Scope of Work:
Mt Seymour Parkway:
- Remaining work activities within an eastbound curb lane closure between Lytton St. and Emerson Way (Monday, July 27th). From 9:00am to 5:00pm.
What to Expect:
- Activities will take place on Monday, July 27th.
- Eastbound curb lane closure will be implemented on Mt. Seymour Parkway between Lytton St. and Emerson Way.
- Access into and out of Lytton St. will remain open at all times.
- The Ron Andrews Recreation Centre access ramp from Lytton St. will remain open and operational.
- All crews will be working within designated, controlled areas to minimize impact on the public.
An update on expected impacts and further details will be distributed in our next weekly communication.
