Dear Residents and Neighbours,
We would like to provide you with updated information regarding the ongoing permanent restoration work on Mt. Seymour Parkway and South Lytton Street.
We are pleased to confirm that the installation of the new traffic cameras and the relocation of the traffic lights has been completed. These upgrades represent a significant improvement for the neighbourhood and are expected to enhance both traffic flow and overall road safety in the area.
For the upcoming week [December 1-5], we are also pleased to confirm that there will be no traffic closures on either Mt Seymour Parkway or South Lytton Street. All scheduled work activities will be conducted within the project site (onsite), ensuring both roads remain open to regular traffic.
The safety of our trade partners and the community remains our highest priority. We will continue to implement rigorous safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Scope of Work:
Mt. Seymour Parkway & Lytton St.:
- No lane closures are planned for next week.
- All project-related work will be conducted exclusively onsite.
What to expect:
- Normal traffic flow on both Mt Seymour Parkway and South Lytton Street throughout the week.
- All project activities will be contained within the designated work areas, with no impact on public roads or access.
An updated notice will be distributed on December 6th.
